Miloš joined CEP in June 2021 as a Researcher and now serves as the Chief Strategist. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade in 2017 and earned an MA from the Joint Master’s Programme in South-East European Studies at the same institution. In the academic year 2018/2019, he studied and conducted research for his MA thesis at the University of Graz, Austria, supported by an Erasmus Plus scholarship.
Miloš went on to complete a second MA in Political Science at Central European University (CEU) in Vienna, Austria. During his time at CEU, he was elected to the Academic Senate, one of the university's highest governing bodies, and interned with the Student Recruitment Office.
He was also awarded the Dositeja scholarship for outstanding Serbian students abroad by the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Serbia.
His professional career began in 2016 as a Project Assistant at the Center for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID), one of Serbia’s oldest NGOs. He later participated in Coca-Cola HBC Serbia’s Coke Summership internship program within the Sales Sector’s Demand Planning Team.
From 2017 to 2018, Miloš worked as the International Cooperation Team Coordinator at the Centre for International Public Policy (CMJP). Before joining CEP, he served as an external research associate at the Hermes Institute of International Affairs, Security, and Geoeconomy.
Miloš's research interests include Political Science, Comparative Politics, the European Union, European Integration, Democracy and Democratization, and the Western Balkans. He is fluent in English and German.
