    Stefan holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts Degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Political Sciences/International relations department (master module: peace studies). Moreover, he obtained Master of Science degree from the two year Erasmus Mundus Master in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management at the Central University in Budapest, Lund University in Sweden and Aegean University in Greece (the University of Manchester in UK member of the consortium). Stefan conducted traineeships in the political section at the EU Delegation in Serbia, Hungarian National Waste Management Agency and the NGO "Group 484", each lasting for six months. From 2013 till August 2018 Stefan worked as a Researcher at the European Policy Centre (CEP), focusing on environmental policies in Serbia, within the context of accession negotiations. Apart from Serbian, Stefan fluently speaks English and has a working knowledge of German. In August 2018, Stefan begun to work as a consultant in the Brussels-based think tank European Policy Centre (EPC).
