Stefan is a junior researcher at CEP working on public administration reform (PAR) research. He holds an MSc degree in Political Science from Leiden University where he studied as a Praesidium Libertatis scholarship recipient. Previously, he also obtained an MA degree in Nationalism Studies from Central European University (with distinction), as well as Bachelor and Master degrees in Psychology from the University of Novi Sad. In his master theses, Stefan dealt with comparative voting behavior and (political) party competition analyses. In Leiden, he expanded his knowledge to the good governance area and has become passionate about this field. His core competences include public administration research, survey methodology and quantitative data analysis. He is also trained in comparative politics and public opinion research. Stefan is fluent in English and German. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing basketball.
