Milica joined CEP in January 2023 as a junior researcher. She completed her basic academic studies in political science at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, where she also completed her master's studies in the Public Administration, Local Self-Government and Public Policies module. In September 2022, she earned a master's degree in political science after defending her master's thesis "Protection of whistleblowers in the Republic of Serbia: between norm and practice". Since October 2022, she has been a student of doctoral academic studies in political science at the Faculty of Political Sciences. Her fields of interest are public administration reform processes in Serbia and the Western Balkans region. He speaks English fluently, and speaks Spanish and French.
