Melusine joined CEP as a research intern in June 2026, with interests in the European market, security policy, and Asia-Europe relations, and a particular curiosity for how economic integration can drive deeper political ties across Europe. Currently completing a dual degree between Sciences Po and the University of British Columbia, she has built a varied professional path through ALDA, the French Embassy in Mexico, Agence France-Presse, and Médicos del Mundo Mexico, work that has taken her from grassroots humanitarian projects to the newsroom to formal diplomacy. Having lived in Serbia, the Philippines, and Mexico before settling in Vancouver, Melusine is a true globetrotter with a growing list of languages under her belt and an ear always tuned for the next one. Outside of research, she can usually be found exploring a new neighborhood, chasing down the best local coffee, or planning her next border crossing.
