Strengthening Human Resources Management in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Action is focused to improve the system of Human Resources Management in the Public Administration trough the advancement of the current legislative framework and regulations, of individual and institutional capacity, while observing Principles of Public.

In addition, the main goal is to contribute to an efficient, professional, transparent, and service oriented Public Administration, increasing the level of harmonization among the different levels of government; to improve capacity of public administration to achieve better administration capable to implement the EU integration requirements in the area of human resources management.
