Webinar “Between Agreement Implementation and Managing Tensions”

The event will present the findings of the Shadow Report on the Kosovo-Serbia Normalisation Process, offering an independent assessment of progress under the Ohrid Agreement and its Implementation Annex. Produced jointly by civil society organisations from Serbia and Kosovo, the report introduces a new Normalisation Index designed to track implementation and engagement over time.

The webinar will also feature the award-winning Winter School paper on the role of women’s initiatives in reconciliation between Kosovo and Serbia, followed by an open discussion and Q&A.
