Teodora joined CEP in April 2024 as a project assistant. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law at Union University and began her professional development right here with our team. During her studies, she gained significant experience in an international setting, particularly in event organization and project management, through youth initiative projects with the Youth Office, as a participant in cultural exchanges with the Center for Affirmation and Development, and through Erasmus+ trainings and projects. She further enhanced her practical skills through internships in the criminal division of the Higher Court and with the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality. She is fluent in English and Spanish, with proficiency in French as well.
