    Despite the high level of alignment with EU law, The Consumer Protection Law from 2010 led to an effective deterioration of consumer protection in Serbia. This Study analyses problems in institutional mechanisms which have brought about this deterioration, proposes policy options for consideration in future reforms of consumer policy and offers a number of recommendations for solving the current problems.
