• Manuals for Monitoring & Evaluation of Public Policies

Both manuals resulted from the work on a project entitled “Achieving Effective Policy Monitoring and Evaluation through Evidence Supplied by the Civil Society” funded by the European Union through the Civil Society Facility programme and the Office for Cooperation with Civil Society of the Republic of Serbia.

In light of the creation of structures for systemic monitoring of public policies, as well as for their evaluation, a large number of civil servants will obtain new tasks which they have not encountered before. The aim of this Manual is to help civil servants to properly perform M&E tasks by providing information about the elements and structure of these processes, and the role of different actors.

    The manual is available here.

Manual for Civil Society Organisations' Involvement in Policy M&EThe second manual is prepared for civil society organisations (CSOs) in Serbia that tend to be involved in policy monitoring and evaluation (M&E) process. The manual relies on a previously published study entitled “Getting Results in Public Policy: Monitoring and Evaluation with Evidence Supplied by the Civil Society” however, it is specifically tailored to offer practical and methodological knowledge to civil society organisations for a quality M&E performance.
