This event is organised in cooperation with the Secretariat of the Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA), and it is dedicated to civil society organisations, government, experts and academia from CEFTA parties. In light of the current situation in Eastern Europe, the war in Ukraine, and the associated economic upheavals, what can Western Balkans now do to accelerate the path towards a Common Regional Market and the EU?
In three roundtable discussions, representatives from civil society, CEFTA contact points, private sector and experts from the CEFTA parties, as well as from the European Union, will discuss:
- Common Regional Market: How to seize the opportunities
- CEFTA and social outreach: why should civil society involve more in CEFTA related topics
- Fourth industrial revolution and e-commerce: the perspective of the CEFTA partners
The event will be entirely in English, with no translation available.
IMPORTANT: Limited number of participants from Belgrade is envisaged to be present live at the event, while participants from other CEFTA parties will join via Zoom. Please note that the number of seats for live participation is limited. All the procedures against the COVID19 pandemic will be followed.
