]]> The main goal of the project was to make an analysis that should be the starting point in order to regulate the position and employment status of officials. The analysis ought to include a comparative analysis of the existing employment status of officials in the surrounding countries and the Republic of Serbia, an analysis from two neighboring countries whose political and civil service systems are based on similar political and legal bases as in the Republic of Serbia. Altogether, the expected outcome of this analysis is the basis for harmonization of the normative framework related to officials in the Republic of Serbia.
